The club is located in north Leeds on a large site in Adel, with many other sports facilities.
The site lies in the shadow of Adel Parish Church, which is a fine example of pure Norman architecture and has a particularly good Romanesque chancel arch. It has an replica of the stolen Norman closing-ring (door knocker), and a depiction of this is used as an emblem of the Adel War Memorial Association.
